A worrying time...

They took my sister into hospital yesterday, they think she may have sepsis. I haven't slept all night worrying about her. She's the one person I spend most of my time with and I'm missing her already

I'm really sorry that all this is happening. It seems that bad things always come in a cluster and it can be overwhelming.

Take time for self-care whatever that is for you.

Thanks. My sister has improved this afternoon, so I hope she's on the mend. It's made me feel a little less anxious.
