Latvian Adventure Days 3 and 4: SIghtseeing in Latvia

On Sunday morning our cruise ship arrived in Latvia. We were hoping for a nice scenic introduction to the city, but instead we were disappointed to find the view not-so-scenic. Industrial cranes lined the river, which I guess makes sense, and we didn't notice any recognizable signs of Riga until we reached our actual doc. But from there the view
