I don't like the guy at work named Mike, He and I had a falling out of some sorts and now I have information that could potentially be damaging to him if I don't remind him. Yeah, people like that certainly can be annoying! You just want to either teach them a lesson, or let them fail purely because you can let them fail, and then maybe *that* would teach them a lesson... well, sometimes you feel that way.

But if it's better for the company to not get fined & in trouble, then it's probably a good idea to share the info with him & especially with Walt. You also don't want to be in the position later on, where they may realize you knew back then & didn't say anything.
