that's why you don't read the cut before the rest of the story...probably why it's at the bottom :)

One of two things could happen if you had a robot stomach:

A) The bionic organ would begin rebelling against illness, causing vicious endoderm-endoderm fisticuffs within your belly. Very likely, this would not stop the vomiting.

B) Your new stomach would allow you to chug beer endlessly a la Bender from Futurama. This may or may not stop the vomiting. It depends if your mitochondria and endoplasmic reticula are cooperating.
