She's BACK

I'm a lazy poo. Hehehe. I realised that I haven't posted for well over three months, for all I visit the site everyday. SO, I may as well make use of my account, right? (Especially since it's a PAID one! *squee*) I reckon it's because I have a personal blog outside this, and I have so much more to talk about there. Not that I don't here... >.<

Anyways, what have I been doing? Not much really. I went on a science trip, made friends at a rival school. I'm quite worried about them, actually, since a boy in their year recently passed away. I participated in the school swim gala - at my age, you can opt out - and won two medals, a silver and a gold, both for breaststroke. My brother got four golds -____-" Way to pop a bubble, eh?

I switched swimming clubs, to one whose name translates to "anchovies" in English, but are the best team in the state, and also caused me to pull both arm muscles last week. Pain.

I have finished all the Christmas-y stuff, and am later going to the orphanage/charity I visit every weekend (for my Duke of Edinburough award) to have a little Xmas party with them. They're the sweetest kids ever, and some of them lived in the gutter before they were taken in by Lighthouse (the name of the charity). It's run by one of my school's teacher's assistants.

School's finally out - it finished yesterday, which means I can now sleep in for the next three weeks - w00t! School coursework, however, seems to enjoy attaching itself onto me over the holiday. For those of you who don't know what coursework is, it is work done over a certain period of school time, which contributes to you final exam result. In ICT, for example, your grade comes from 60% coursework, and 40% exam, meaning the coursework is actually more important than the exam.

Gotta run - I've got to go get some fizzy drinks for the party ^^ *waves*

update, meme
