Im sorry if Im one of those ppl?? But I never even knew about your birthday and I invited you to Lynken's party before I even read this so sorry if you think Im a bad friend :(
It's a very busy time of the year and I don't think it's an insult to yourself that so many people find it hard to make time. I think if you tried at a time of the year when it's not so busy, you'd have a !!massive!! party. Especially given the effort you put in for everyone else. You been there to show support and love at nearly every school-related party, gathering, birthday, picnic etc I've been to. It''s just that most people are away or tied down with family things between that little gap between Christmas and New Years.
I do appreciate the invite and wish I could come, especially since you and Libby came out to my show the other night, that was a truly awesome surprise (even if you were just coming to see Dave's band) I loved that you were there. . but I'd already bought a $400 ticket to Woodford before I got your invite.

You know how sorry I am about not being there for your party . I tried to book my flight to leave on the 29th but it would have cost me an extra grand or two that I just didn't have .
I've apologised profusely . And I'll be willing to do something to make it up to you .
I just wish you wouldn't give up on people so easily . Or say that you can't rely on your friends anymore . I'm always there for you when I can be . And one slip in nearly 9 years isn't too bad on my behalf !
The ones that will be at your party are the people you should be thinking about . It's your day and you should enjoy it !
I also have a Christmas/Birthday present waiting here for you so I'll come see you sometime ?
