The woman who rear ended me is trying to say I backed into her. Apparently it's not possible to just be an adult and take responsibility for your own actions. Apparently that is just an insane expectation

Did you confront her? That's pretty ballsy thing to claim about an accident to the neighbor's car.

I haven't spoken to her in person since the accident. I left a note on another apartment building to see if a woman who was outside at the time might have seen it, and would be willing to make a statement.

I just told her insurance company that I am floored she would say something like that, especially since she got out of her car and said "I don't even know what happened!" Gee, and now suddenly you're sure?

I had an adult in my car though, and she had a child. I also filed the claim right away, and she waited for her insurance company to call her. So I'm pretty sure I'll win...
