so: the drama of the last 24 hours:

I have been trying to grow out my hair for about 2 years now. The problem with this is that every time I get it kind of long and ask my mom to trim "about an inch" for me, she cuts like 3 inches off so that it's just below my shoulders, and i'm back at square one.
