Best thing i can think of is to say that you should try not to let it all get on top of you - you'll get more done well just by solidly going through it that letting it build up and then trying to do it all in panic... what conditions work best for you to concentrate? library, your room?
thats the problem...i dont know where i work best. it depends a lot on my mood...sometimes i work ok in my room, but sometimes i hate halls so much that i can barely stand to be in my room. and generally i find the library too distracting...its either too quiet or the temptation to go and sit at korner instead of working is overwhelming. GAH!!!
Can you study with headphones? I know that's probably not the chance if you're doing language stuff (although it makes a good reason to listen to German industrial music :)).
um... yeah, it all becomes a bit individualised, but it takes a bit of self-discipline to just say "I want to pass this subject more than I want to go and blither at corner for a while" :)
