I tried burning with dvd fab and had the same problem some people are mentioning about some parts of the movie being cut out. so I decided to give your suggestions a try...butwhen I dl pgcedit.... it is version 0.6.2 not 6.1 like in your guide...there is nothing on the toolbar that says plugins in version 6.2and i cant find the old version...help???

I have Nero on my PC as well.After a clean reinstall of WIN2K pro- I went to burn using DVD Shrink- a 90 minute DVD- and it took over an hour.This used to take anywhere from 20-40 minutes to encode and another 15-20 minutes to burn(w/Sony DRU-710A)...What happened- any clues out there?My intuition tells me that perhaps settings have gone back to some sort of default.Also -using Nero's info tool- I see that I have WINASPI32.DLL- but using aspichk- it says I am missing four drivers including WINASPI32.DLL or-that they are not installed properly?this includes a system aspi, wowpost, and winaspi.DLL...Could this affect the encoding time?Thanks...Once again-I hate to fool around with this stuff once it is set-it seems to be so tempermental-esp- Nero and DVD burning!
