new movie reviews i believe i'm on week 4
diary of a wimpy kid: - Live-action adaptation of Jeff Kinney's illustrated novel about a wise-cracking sixth grade student. - Ah rachel harris i seriously think she is a great comedic actress and i like steve zahn as the dad. I seem to like Fregley more than the other characters also Angie who reads Howl. I couldn't love this movie anymore if I tried and tyler's the one who suggested it - 5/5
the sorcerer's apprentice: - Master sorcerer Balthazar Blake recruits a seemingly everyday guy in his mission to defend New York City from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath. - okay first of all i wouldn't trust a guy with a weird name either i'm just saying disney and secondly i believe this kid is a witch. Cliche disney movie around the end i lost interest it's a great action adventure and it was probably better in 3-D - 3/5
the agony and ecstasy of phil spector: Phil Spector is a pioneer of American music, a legendary producer to John Lennon and Tina Turner, and, as of April 13th 2009, a convicted murderer. - I seriously hadn't heard of phil spector until his wacky court trial and only then it was images of a weird man..I believed he was crazy but a brilliant crazy. Just like most documentaries this is boring unless you actually are a fan of Phil Spector. Music is a nice touch to this movie and luckily makes it different from other documentaries I still found myself constantly falling asleep but my verdict is clear i think it's possible he killed her and didn't realize it - 3/5
knight and day: - June Havens finds her everyday life tangled with that of a secret agent who has realized he isn't supposed to survive his latest mission. As their campaign to stay alive stretches across the globe, they soon learn that all they can count on is each other. - The plot isn't explained till later on (like 40 minutes or so) but even then i think it's too late - 1/5
going the distance: - A romantic comedy centered on a guy and a gal who try to keep their love alive as they shuttle back and forth between New York and San Francisco to see one another. - i've wanted to see this since it came out on theaters i love the couple of justin long and drew barrymore in real life i think they're cute together. I hate justin long's character i think he's the biggest dick ever. If the main character is a dick then technically I'm not going to like this movie. There are some weird awkward scenes and I think this relationship is toxic. I'm actually disappointed I didn't like this but the fact was I didn't - 3/5
harry potter and the deathly hallows pt 1: - As Harry races against time and evil to destroy the Horcruxes, he uncovers the existence of three most powerful objects in the wizarding world: the Deathly Hallows. - this has to be the most mature harry potter i've seen thus far and some of the scenes were just disturbing in a good way. The only problem i had with this movie was the run time. I felt at times it was too long - 4/5
