3am: woke up and munched on some organic blue corn tortilla chips.
10:30am: pumpkin granola cereal mixed with chopped apples and vanilla almond milk.
3pm: Boca Veg. chicken patti sandwich on whole wheat pita bread with nayonnaise, organic ketchup, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and a bit of pepper. After that had a salad (same as yesterday)
