3am: a small bowl of pumpkin granola cereal with apples and vanilla almond milk.
10am: organic potatoes with red & green peppers (home fries style) with organic fruit/tomato ketchup, 2 pieces of smart bacon, and a Pear green tea.
2pm: Left over pasta dish from yesterday. and a key lime soy yogurt.
6pm: small bag of carrots.
9pm: took a B-12 sublingual
