I just had the world's strangest dream.  There was a Bollywood wedding and afterwards we all went into this large costume room in a theater to get heels for dancing and then I ended up talking to lots of people and I somehow fell asleep on a bench in the theater costume room while people were talking around me.  Then B. came and woke me up and he ( Read more... )

That is absolutely bizarre - but that's dreamland for you, right? The worst are the realistic ones, they sometimes get you thinking about what's actually going on in your non-dreamtime life, and often that's a rather dangerous, bad idea (especially if you follow a dream's advice). Sometimes what dreams say to us, coherently or not, is best ignored or not given much weight.

I found myself in a dream of epic proportions last night, there was blood and gore and some sort of hero/ main character, though the end of it felt like a level from a video game, or something out of Dante's Inferno. All I really remember is waking up and thinking that my subconscious is full of violence and gross stuff. My dreams are usually scary to me. Which is why I'd prefer to think that there's nothing behind them that I really want to pursue.
