Things are temporarily alright. Sassy has begun to eat and drink on her own, and she is perking up. It's very good to see for now. Unfortunately, she still has a mass in her abdomen that is most likely cancer. She could have a few months left. She could also stop eating again. Baby really isn't eating much. She stoles away to hide in a bookcase most of the time and doesn't want to be around anyone for a long amount of time. She is, however, eating a little of the recovery diet food. I call the vet tomorrow and see what should be done. I've made peace with it. She's coming home tonight.

My kitty is in the animal hospital. She hasn't eaten of drank in 3 days. She's showing early signs of liver failure, she has some sort of infection, and there is a mass in her abdomen. I'm waiting to hear back to see if the mass is possibly cancerous ( Read more... )
