...No, to answer someone else's question, I've never been pregnant nor wished to be. Karl's the only one of us we know was once capable of fathering a child. Whether it'd still be possible even for him, well, it's a moot question ( Read more... )

Lack of selfishness. A child isn't the property of the mother or parents, whether adopted or by blood. Among us, at least, a parent's rights over a child have to be earned before they're allowed to so much as try.
