Critiques

I write lots of stories and lately I've had many people critiquing what I write. I appreciate that they do, don't get the wrong idea, but sometimes I wish they'd cut me some slack. -laughs- I mean I already have to deal with writer's block and now an angry mob of fans trying to kill me is not what I would like to deal with. Critiques to me are good

I get that too on my stories sometimes. I don't mind constructive crit, but those who say there are this and this and that wrong, it bothers me. :P

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I wish they would just give us a break and take in the story for what it is, not for what they THINK it should be.

OHGAWD YES.
Sometimes I would LOVE for someone to give me a honest positive critique and not just the random "I want more" or "update soon plz" and stuff.
The thing I don't like about critiques though, is that it's not like I'm publishing this. I am just writing for fun. If I wanted to publish something I'm sure it wouldn't be posted anywhere on the net.
I write for my enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. It I write it like that, I meant for it to be like that. If you have a problem with it, write your own. It just give you that feeling you know? People are just so demanding sometimes.

I know! I wish people weren't so criticizing of the things we write sometimes. Sometimes they act like we're writing for their approval instead of for fun. I mean, I love an honest critique, but seriously, sometimes they take it way too far and they are cruel with their critiques. Too harsh I might add. :( -gives a thumbs down to those people-
