"Shane's not quite the guy I had in mind to smooch with"
Dear Writer,
You know...I liked your fics, once upon a time. Wrestling fan fiction was what got me into writing fan fiction in the first place. You had a lot of fic written and I found myself enjoying the one-shots you had written.. So when I found the link to your website after losing it, I figured I would check it out.
Every. Single. One. Of your multichapter fics has Lita (aka Amy Dumas) as the big bad bitch out to ruin everyone's happiness. What the hell? I can understand if you don't like her but the bashing has got to stop. You could get away with making her the villian in one of your stories. But all of them? You made her the ultimate heel and it is in bad taste.
Then, I realized something else. Something even worse. In these stories...you had an OC who was pretty much a mary sue. How do I know this? SHE HAS THE SAME NAME AS YOUR USERNAME! And she comes in...fixes up the couples you want, perfectly mind you. Then, she fixes the emotionally damaged men. Everyone loves her. And she is perfect. GAH!
I know fan artists like to write about wrestlers as always acting like their in-ring personas. But, it is fake. They are acting. Outside of the ring, they are normal people. I've met some of them and they are polite and funny. So making your villians correspond with whoever is the heel of the moment just shows unoriginal thinking, in my mind. And making any female a evil bitch to elbow them out of the way for your OC just makes it that much worse.
I highly doubt that the Undertaker (while big and scary) is hunting backstage looking for someone to rape. And that Triple H likes to kidnap people and break them down.
But who knows?
