Please take my job!!!
I know for a while there were some people asking about jobs. I have a lead to anyone who is interested. I have just given my two weeks notice at work because after 3 years of waiting, a job that I have been coveting has finally hired me. The job that I am leaving is at a men's shoe/boot store in the Southgate Plaza. It is a part time position about 20-26 hours a week. I work most evenings and Sundays. It is an hourly+commission job, so it pays decent for it being part time. After taxes, I bring home around $700+ a month. To be perfectly honest, this is a cake job. The computers and procedures are easy to learn, and the boots practically sell themselves. My boss is one of the nicest people to work for. He is funny and very flexible:) It is fairly slow during my shift, but busy enough to make decent money. The store upkeep isn't very hard (I vacuum and dust like twice a week) and when there is no customers I just sit online or read magazines. The only requirements are that you be at least 18 years old and that you have common sense. If you come in to fill out an application, you are almost garaunteed an interview. I really am a sucker for giving up a great job, but *sigh* I must move on. Comment if you are interested, and I will let you know where to go:)
