Sometimes a glass of warm milk helps...though I guess that's a little harder to find in a place like this even with the fruit cows.

I often find that a long walk clears my mind and tires me enough so that I can sleep.

... eheh... all the milk in our house has been poured out, or I'd try that. A walk, though... that could work.

[a small laugh] Your brother doesn't like milk?

Just be careful out there. Would you like someone to walk with you?

[Al chuckles.] He hates it. Says it's the most disgusting thing in the world, he can't bear to even have it in the icebox.

Mmmn. I don't know... maybe. But everyone always wants to talk...

Very many. Though, it really does seem like anything goes, here, so why not?

... what sort of thing are you talking about?

I...always sneak into Asuna-san's bed when I can't sleep. Um. I'm sure it's hard for you to do that...

W-Well, I don't think Asuna would want me sneaking into her bed either.

I think kids like stuffed animals, nightlights, and mommy's hand to hold for that...

If you're not interested in sleeping pills, I don't know of much else that really works, though. Sometimes sitting out on the roof at night helps, but that's easier for a ninja, perhaps.

... I'm too old for that sort of thing now. And I don't mind the dark.

[A little chuckle.] Easier said than done when your roof is seven stories high in some places. I guess I could try the balcony...

That's not to say it wouldn't maybe help, though...

A balcony would work. I just like an unobstructed view of the stars and some fresh air, personally. Kind of...clears the mind.

Yeah... you're right. But those things aren't going to be around forever.

... hey, Mr. Kakashi? Do you think the constellations are the same as they were back in your world?

Alphonse-kun? Reading is a relaxing activity. Reading by a soft light can seemingly make one more tired. It also helps pass time in an unnoticeable manner if you're fond of and interested in the material. Try some warm tea without too much sugar as well.

I wish that didn't give me a raging headache, but I understand how that'd work. Ah... doesn't most tea have caffiene?

...That's unfortunate, Alphonse-kun. And while it does, the length of brewing has an effect on the amount going into it, and should be rather insignificant unless drinking a substantial amount. At a lower temperature as well, it's more soothing and relaxing, I believe, but perhaps it's simply a personal comfort.

Is there a specific tea that's good for falling asleep?
