We are not aging in the traditional sense. Meaning, time is not passing, we are dividing into new cells but these new cells are not aging. In essence, we are "immortal".

My armor monitors my body very closely, from this I can conclude that my own body is no longer growing any older than we are now. For you that's an unfortunate situation, for me, it's like being sealed at my prime so I cannot complain too much.
