folks, does anybody of you ever seen Donnie Darko and, like, GOT the movie?

i was watching it the 2nd time now and i still don't get it.

the masterquestion:

Is Donnie Darko = Frank the bunny rabbit???

i'd love everybody who could answer me that question, or tell me who's frank anyways. or just explain the whole movie to me! >.i'm out xD

you know what? donnie darko is probably the only movie i love watching even though i don't get it at all.

do you have the dvd? because it has audio-commentry by the director and jake gyllenhaal and they explain a few things.

but i think that donnie darko isn't frank the rabbit. frank is just a figment of donnie's imagination. but then .. i think frank is also the boyfriend of donnie's sister.

and in the end of it all i think the whole movie was just some sort of dream because at first everyone survives that accident where the plane engine falls onto the house but then at the end of the movie donnie's dead.

but yea .. the whole thing is most certainly weird .. but still one of the best movies ever!

i didn't think frank was donnie but my brother was so SURE he is, so i got veeery confused...
