I've been diagnosed w/ depression and anxiety. I had to drag my ass to a therapist earlier today and she just confirmed everything I already knew about it. Seems I won't be able to get meds until April 11th cuz I need to be further evaluated by a psych doctor who will see if I'm even more crazy which sucks cuz I need meds! I also think my work

i know...im unstable too. i never want to go to work, it only lowers my self esteem because people talk shit about how i dont work good enough. most days i just want to lay in bed and not eat or anything. i just want to stay in bed all day. but i have to pay a fucking car payment and bills.

Depression is the worst, so hopefully the meds will help.
