well all of this depends on if you are ready for somthing serious, or if you still want to just have fun.
your 19, right? well somewhere around there.. so yes i have friends that are that age and married and happy as can be,
but i also have friends that are still out partying everynight and are 20 and older.
it all depends if you are just out for a good time and want to play a bit longer ;) ..

or

if you want to be with just one person and get serious .. and you can still have fun but just with him
i think that if you have someting good going and your happy dont ruin it.
especially if the "old crush" is going to treat you like shit.
