I know that pain every day of my life, but the fact is that you can't let it interrupt the way you live. You need to find the strength in your heart to not let that pain hurt you and an outlet to let things settle down.
For me, I vent by going on long walks at all hours of the night, buying a coffee at a cheap donut shop, and smoking a cig. Before I realize it, 4-5 hours have past and everything that's bothering me is gone.
Find something that'll help you. Find something to do that'll help get your mind off it. The pain will always be there, but in time it'll just be like feeling wind beat up against your face. It's not awful...it's just there.
