how excellent! i was going to ask you earlier, but i forgot. how can a form a work out plan for me, mostly work my cardio muscles and definition. actually, would you firs have to work the fat off THEN define..or just define and hope it will show? hahah feel free to explain on aim.
muscle defnition for you, i duno. you probably jsut want ot get toned up and not all big. so you want to do moderate weight, with alot of reps. 12-18, 5 sets. it will work on burning fat and tone.
but at least 15 mins cardio before you work out so yer body is warm and yer heart rate is up to increase the fat burn.
then a cool down.

stamina ahhhhhheheh. i'm mainly working on weight training because the gym people told me so. i hope i don't get huger calves because they already mannish enough.
