also, i strongly support you getting a sketch book. it doesn't matter if it's any good or if artists are a dime a dozen. everyone needs an outlet, or several.

As for everything else...sounds like Overkill to me. If you dont know that song then you should download it via some agent*, I think you'd enjoy it. If you cant for any reason(download it, that is. I can't do anything about you enjoying it), let me know, and I'll see if I can get it to you.
Also, if the monitor is older, even if it says 75, it probably isnt able to keep that speed up anymore. I'm assuming it's a CRT monitor and not an LCD. If that's the case, try lowering the refresh rate. This should hopefully result in a duller, less bright picture, but a more constant picture, meaning less flickering, less eye strain and less insanity-inducing.
