On Sunday was the last of my prescription for my medication that was helping with the anxiety. Lexapro, for those who are medically curious. So while I was still fully under the influence of Lexapro, I thought it would be a good time to get off the medication and have a go at things myself. Any type of drug that you take, be it anti-anxiety medication or acid reflux medication... if you've been taking it for a prolonged period of time and stop taking it suddenly (quitting cold-turkey), you will have withdrawal symptoms, whether the medication or doctor claims there aren't any. If you'd wanted to stop taking the meds, weening yourself off of them slowly probably could've prevented what you're feeling now.

When I am on Zoloft and I get off it, I get crazy angry. I feel you.
