My thoughts on “The Lies of Locke Lamora”

First off, let me point out that I haven’t done reviews of books since they were called book reports, so I won’t be mentioning things about symbolism or the like. Before I get into the meat of what I thought, there were a couple of nitpicks I have. Didn’t really affect the story to a great degree, but it was enough that it stuck out.

Having not read this book, your telling about it reminds me of a story a guy wrote back in my creative writing class during my second stab at college. Heh, hopefully the third time's the charm.

Anyway, the fantasy realm seems similar, again, at least from the recounting of it.
