Why I won't go see The Departed is because it's a remake of the Hong Kong movie, Infernal Affairs. Remakes from movies decades ago are one thing, but Infernal Affairs was released in only 2002. Also I would have less of a problem of The Departed if Infernal Affairs had more of a chance in the US. Miramax released Infernal Affairs in the US in ( Read more... )

Shock and exhaustion are only the tip of the iceberg when you are dealing with the kind of grief that you are. I know that you are not a "believer"; but I am, and for what it's worth you have been in my daily petitions. I know this grief, but only from my own experience. Your grief is YOURS and no one human can experience it the way you are. You will never be "normal", as you knew it, again.
