So, I'm home in two and a half weeks. I was hoping to take either kayaking or rowing lessons when I got back (if I had enough money), but they all seem to end in the next one and a half weeks. My housemate was a rower for university.

She already had the frame for rowing (she was 6'2") so she figured she'd give it a go and she really enjoyed it.

Doh! 4 inches on me!

Is it sad that I'm encouraged by one of the Canadian team's rowers because she didn't start until she was 29? I'm guessing that she was probably in shape ahead of time, though.
