You're getting anxious.

I have a great deal of patience. But I need answers.

The communicators are exclusive to Discedo, or possibly only have a range within this city. It's unlikely that Daniel Wallace and the Group were the last survivors of this entire planet. We currently just lack the means to contact them - or leave the city and find them ourselves.

I've been often wondering...how much here is real, and how much is simply set up. If people other than us could survive here, perhaps there is another place nearby that is peaceful and thriving.

A control to an experiment, if you will. Perhaps that is where our group is waiting. And I suspect it is on the other side of the desert.

That's unknowable, right now. The Group did not expect for there to be any survivors left in Discedo other than themselves - I believe Daniel Wallace's brief time among us surprised them.

It could also be possible that the group is pulling more people from other worlds and dropping them in other cities. They know it would be very slow to try and rebuild the planet from just one central area.

It cannot be done on foot. However, we finally have a range of mechanical experts. And the Elric's talents are like having a personal particle accelerator. This gives an incredible edge.

We need to build transport. And then find out if they can synthesize fuel.

Years. Quite a long time for no news.

The world is wide, and this is not the edge. There is a truth left hidden...perhaps elsewhere.

A world does not die without leaving a history of its life behind.

The lack thereof is quite conspicuous.

Yes. But there is no such thing as an unbreakable bar.

Or a door that can not be open. Find door, it may be easier than break bar.

There is always an entrance, always an exit.

How are you, Yorda?

But what do you plan to do about it?

I was thinking when we have a more reliable supply, like that garden of Yorda's and water, we could try then.

This does not concern 'we'. That implies 'us'. Something to tie you and I together.

Your only connection to me is that you have made peace difficult.

Yeah, not like your opinion would have changed no matter what I did.

...Excuse me for trying.

Oh, it's a simple matter of understanding what it takes to change my opinion. Whether or not you can do it is a different matter entirely.

All you must do is break the cycle of yourself.

Kill the past.

Jump over to the future.
