You've been pulled here from your own world by a group of scientists who seek to restore this world with what we can offer. I don't know all the details as to why they choose to do this, but at the very same time, they've placed a chip into your body to conceal your powers. At this time, we don't know where that chip is, but we're looking for it. We have some series of shelters around in the town -- Latimir street, Gohl, Marshall, the high school, and some others. I take care of Marshall St. Apartments, personally, so you're welcome there unless you prefer the nomadic life -- which I'm sure you will.

There are monsters all around the city as well. They come from each world everyone has been pulled from.

There are no natives here, save for the scientists; the natives died out from a virus, or killed each other in panic.
