You've heard of others by now. They speak of supernatural qualities, eliminated while in this city.

Not as much as you may think. Certainly not enough to draw conclusions from; people seem to be secretive about this.

Several speak of having supernatural abilities - magic and so on. More documented examples that you and I would be familiar with would be far sight, researched during the cold war. Seeing locations without being there.

Here, those abilities are far more varied, and some have had them returned, though how is not clear. Demyx, for example, is refilling the water supply with his control over the element.

Those who do have supernatural abilities here, for the most part, have their abilities repressed.
