I've been here for several months, yes.

There's no camera on these devices. And no way to use a digital camera with some temporary batteries to upload pictures onto them. It's mostly text and audio, it seems, with what few pictures the device itself allows.

There's a generator being built in the Marshall street apartments, but it's not complete yet. There's also whatever technology can be powered by batteries, such as flashlights, but it's still very little.

The area around the Marshall street apartments, as well as the police station, is something of a green zone. Monsters aren't generally close to them.

There's the Latmir apartments. There's less people there, but it also doesn't have monsters in the buildings.

The high school is also cleared out of beasts.
