Cake did an awesome cover of "Guitar Man" and "Perhaps"(theme from British version of "Couples"). Sublime's version of Hong Kong Phooey was damn good. Herbie Hancock did a great jazz version of a Nirvana song, but I can't remember which one at the moment.

Oddly enough, I was thinking about my favorite covers while on the way to work today.
