I could take 4 months off at the start of school next fall, but it all depends on what I would be doing in the mean time.

I know nothing about any of these places save that they do not have good music programs. Therefore, my advice will be the most useless. Here goes...

Whichever one seems like you will enjoy most and be most engaged by, go there, and have fun and be engaged. Hope it helps.
