Today was Yearbook Picture day. I was scared my make up was grodey, or even my hair wasn't straight. I hate picture day. I probably broke the camera. -_-"
Anywho, we're studying the "Curse of the Crying Boy" in reading. There is an essay. And- HOLY SHIT! THERE'S A TALKING HEAD ON TV!

much like curses only being effective if the one cursed is aware of it,
i think this would fall into the same area, someone's subconscious is concerned with the "reputation" of this painting and may indirectly affect the owner's actions. (ie forgetting they had left a candle burning, cigarette etc when they can only think about the "curse" of the painting)
