When yoochun opened his eyes he expected himself to be in one of those old castles once again, dressed in those old, royal outfits and expected to be married while being introduced to a bunch of girls like always, he expected to have to make a run for it and go search for his nerdy boy once again. But, what he didn't expect is to open his eyes and find junsu standing right in front of him, wearing royal outfit as well and looking at him with shock

They weren't separated, how come? Why? Yoochun decided he didn't care right now, for once he didn't have to search for the boy, he was right here, in front of him, he was there, and he could kiss him again, as much as he wants to.

'Your highness' someone from behind yoochun spoke, yoochun barely heard him while eyeing junsu with lust clear in his eyes, he wanted to kiss him again, to hug him and feel him, heck, he wanted more, much more than just kissing. He wanted everything.

'Your highness' the voice repeated, stubbornly

'Hmmm' yoochun wanted to kill whoever jerk was calling him

'This is Kim Junsu, the prince whom the queen talked about, your future bride, if you agreed to the wedding, that is'

'I think I quite agree, when's the wedding?' yoochun smirked now, this looked like an easy enough task

'In a week, your highness, if prince junsu agrees as well'

'I… okay…' junsu was still looking at him, just as he was looking at him. Junsu's ears were bright red; he was so cute that yoochun couldn't help but smirk, showing his wolfish side

Junsu swallowed, this smirk said volumes. He shuddered just from thinking of what yoochun was to do with him once they're alone.

'I think I want to get to know my bride better, leave us alone, everyone' yoochun ordered, trying to keep his voice as neutral as he could, but even as the words left his lips he knew he failed miserably as there was a shiver in his tone, a shiver of excitement

Nobody dared disobey or object, they all left the hall and the two princes by themselves, they knew better than to stand up for yoochun, not when he wanted something badly, he would destroy them with a blink of an eye. He was dangerous.

The second the door clicked, closed, was the second yoochun jumped junsu again, sealing the little space which was left between their bodies and rejoining their lips together in a heated kiss. He couldn't think anymore, it was as if instincts and emotions took over his body and led him on - not that he minded the slightest - and he couldn't but enjoy the waves of pleasure which jolted his body every time a soft, melodic, moan escaped the other's lips

When the need for air became too much to ignore they parted away, both pair of lips red and swollen and both panting. They didn't break their eye contact, however, neither even blinked as they stood their trying to calm down

'I think I like this fairytale' yoochun smirked, wolfishly, again.

'But it doesn't make sense, something is missing. It can't be this simple, something is bound to happen' junsu mused more to himself than to yoochun

'Nothing will happen, you will remain with me for a week and then we will get married or whatever and it will be over, the fairytale will be completed' yoochun shrugged the other man's worry off, he didn't want anything bad to happen, for once he wanted a nice, quiet, fairytale without all the crazy search and absurd lifestyle. He surprised himself with that thought, to tell the truth, but it was a nice idea, he liked it, even if he wasn't going to admit it out loud, ever.

'But it will happen. There is no such easy fairytale, trust me' junsu frowned

Yoochun was about to kiss the bubbling man and silent him off when junsu turned his head, avoiding the kiss, and looking out of the window, he had this gut feeling telling him that something was going to happen, something bad.

'What could happen?' yoochun asked, exasperated, he wanted to kiss the boy and touch him already, he didn't want to talk about things that were not going to happen

'I don't know…but…' junsu trailed off, looking around and frowning as if remembering something

'What are you looking for? The book isn't here, is it?' yoochun blinked and looked around as well, now.

'No, I don't think it is' junsu sighed, something changed, the look in his eyes was wary and worried now, he didn't like where his ideas were leading him to

'Then what is it?' yoochun could hear the worry in the other's tone, and since junsu was in fact the fairytale expert between then he knew it wasn't a good thing or something to take easily

'There is only one fairytale that begins with wedding plans that I can remember' junsu looked at yoochun, worried, this won't be an easy fairytale, he knew it.

'Okay…' yoochun didn't like this, he knew it by the look in the other's eyes, he was worried, scared, and he didn't like this. In this damn world everything could happen and if they died here, it would be the end for them in the real world as well, they couldn't afford it.

'The only fairytale which begins with wedding plans between two heirs of two neighbors kingdoms - and according to our clothing and what the servant called us we both are princes - is swan lake'

'And this is bad…because?' yoochun blinked, he remembered that swan lake was a famous opera his mother liked to watch, he never did watch it, though.

Junsu opened his mouth to try and tell yoochun the fairytale, to warn him of what was to come and work out a way together so they will be safe, alright. But as he opened his mouth and willed himself to talk, he found out that no words were coming out, no sounds, nothing, he couldn't speak a word about the fairytale to yoochun to warn him, he couldn't speak at all when it came to giving information about the fairytale

Yoochun watched with growing anxiety as junsu tried and tried to talk but was unable too, they even tried to write it down, but no worlds were forming on the blank surface of the parchment, the ink would magically disappear every time they tried to write down any information about the fairytale.

This wasn't good, there was no way this could be good. Yoochun knew this. He tried himself now, thinking so hard, trying to remember if he ever heard what this stupid opera was about from his mother or anyone, but couldn't remember anything, he never cared enough to ask; he never wanted anything to do with this, with his mother.

It was only when junsu was too tired to try again that he gave up and sank in one of the armchairs, panting slightly, and frowning

'This is so not fair!' yoochun frowned and dropped into the armchair facing junsu's

'Listen,' junsu began after a while of silence ' no matter what happens, no matter what you hear, don't give up hope and believe in what we have'

Yoochun blinked at him, he was saying it as if something was going to happen to him…the idea of something happening to junsu made yoochun's heart stop beating, he felt frozen with fear, he never felt like this before

'And remember the most important thing, what your eyes can't see your heart can feel' junsu finished and looked at yoochun with pleading eyes

Yoochun nodded absently, not sure of what to think of this.

He pushed all this to the back of his mind, what mattered most was that junsu was with him here and now, and he didn't want to waste more time parted from him and his lips. Yoochun was about to leap out of his armchair and jump the boy again when the doors opened and the servants walked in again, this time with a mid aged man with a crown on his head, a king, yoochun knew for sure, and an old lady with a tired look in her eyes and a small tiara on her head, a queen.

'My dear prince' the king begun ' I'm so glad you accepted our arrangement, we shall see you again within a week as it's time for junsu and me to return to our kingdom and prepare for everything. There's too much to do and too little time to do it'

Yoochun was about to protest, he wasn't going to let junsu out of his sight this week, he wasn't going to risk anything happening to him while he wasn't there to protect him. But, before he could even protest junsu gave him a look that told him this was meant to happen, that he wasn't to stop it, and yoochun kept quiet, but it didn't mean he liked it

Watching junsu leave was the hardest thing he could ever do, he didn't know why but it felt like he was saying goodbye for good, there was a heavy presence pressing on his heart and chest that he could barely breathe, he didn't like it at all.

_______________

It was only later that evening that yoochun heard the news. He was sitting in the crown hall reading a book while his mother, the queen, attended to some wedding details when a soldier rushed into the hall panting, he didn't even bother with knocking, which was really weird. The soldier was panting hard as he knelt to his knees and tried to speak

'The courage of the king of Light-shred kingdom was attacked just now, the king was killed!'

Yoochun tensed at once, the queen gasped and everyone in the hall looked shell shocked

'What happened? What about the prince?' yoochun's heart was pounding in his chest, he needed to know what happened to junsu, he had to make sure the boy was fine, he had to.

'There is no body, my lord. But there are no survive…rs…' he didn't get to finish before yoochun ran past him and out.

_______________
It was a very dark place, the night's sky was starless and even the moonlight was blocked from reaching this room. He was shivering all over as he crawled in the corner of the room and hugged his knees tightly to his chest, he was still unable to believe this, unable to believe what he just witnessed happen in front of him. Five guards and a king, all slaughtered mercilessly and as each body dropped onto the ground he felt something die inside of him. This wasn't real, it was a fairytale, he didn't really know those people, yet watching them die in front of him wasn't something he would ever be able to forget

A muffled noise told him he wasn't alone anymore, but he couldn't bring himself to care, he was still shivering with fear and shock.

A door opened and someone in black, traveling clock entered the cell. He knew what was to happen before it did; he knew this fairytale, after all. But it didn't help; this was one fairytale he didn't like.

An old man with long, gray hair and long, gray, braided beard, one that wore a long, black robe and held a staff entered the cell and smirked at him, a warlock. An evil warlock who looked so ugly that junsu couldn't even bare look at him for more than a few seconds without feeling sick looked at him with an evil smirk; his robe still reeked of blood, blood of the men he just killed.

'Well, well… who do we have here?' the man smirked and walked to him ' isn't this the pretty prince, the only heir to the throne? How nice of you to stop by my humble forest'

Junsu was seething with anger, yet he didn't say anything and just stared at the man in front of him in clear disgust and hatred

'Now, now, prince, you won't want anything to happen to you or your kingdom now, do you?' the cold, evil chuckle made junsu's blood boil in his veins, he wanted nothing more than to kill the man, to strangle him and make him pay for killing an taking another's soul in front of him.

'You will agree to marry me and pass all powers to rule the kingdom to me, else you will never see the outside of those woods again'

'Go. To. Hell!'

'Ahhh, but I like it here, I've got such a pretty prince to play with and warm my bed'

Junsu froze; horror filled his eyes as he tried to still his shivering body, he was scared, he was wishing for yoochun to come and save him, but he knew it wasn't that easy. Yoochun had no idea what kind of fairytale this was; he had no idea of what to do and where to look for him.

The elder man came closer to junsu until there was no space left between them; he reached to kiss junsu's lips and slammed his lips against junsu's.

The kiss was rough and demanding; it was disgusting and was nothing near the kisses he shared with yoochun before.

For the split second that took junsu to decide that he hated this kiss way too much to handle it and that he would rather have yoochun kissing him than this…this thing, the warlock had already did what he intended to do.

As he pulled away junsu gasped and fell to his knees, he felt his entire body ach, he felt tears trail down his face but couldn't bring himself to care, he  felt like burning from the inside out

With a strangled cry of pain, junsu felt his eyes close; he welcomed the darkness, willing it to sooth his pain. When he opened his eyes once again everything was so big, everything was strange. Junsu tried to reach out his hands to find out he had two white, feathered wings instead on them, and he understood at once, the curse was bestowed on him, he was a swan.

'You shall remain like this every day from sunrise till sunset. Only when you and the moon reflect upon the surface of the lake outside you will be turned back into a human, just in time to warm my bed at night, when morning comes you will be able to fly a little or swim around, but I shall make sure to warn you out at night so you won't be able but to sleep all day long and rest for me to take you again the next night'

The white swan, junsu, shook his head, refusing to comply to this crazy demand

'The weeding shall be held within the week, and after it I shall be the king and you shall be my little queen, but don't worry, I will…'

Before he could finish the swan flew over his head and outside through the door and quickly junsu managed to maneuver his way through the halls of the old castle to the outside grounds

The evil laughter followed him as he flew but he tried to block it out, he had to find yoochun, he had to reach him before the week is over, he couldn't get married to this warlock, to a murderer, no matter how spoiled and how much of a jerk yoochun was he wasn't a murderer and junsu would pick him over that old geezer any time, any day, thank you very much.

Flying to the lake junsu landed gently, flying had came to him so easily, so naturally, and so he landed on the surface of the lake only creating a few, gentle, ripples. At once he began looking for the reflection of the moon, he needed to be human, he couldn't go search for yoochun as a swan, yoochun would hunt him, or kill him or shoo him, but he would never know it's him, not until it's too late, anyway. He needed to be human in order to talk to him, in order to make him understand and get him to help him with this mess.

Swimming around the lake junsu searched and searched, but the moon wasn't reflecting on the lake, the clouds were hiding the moon from the surface of the water and so junsu had no hope in turning human for the night, he bowed his head sadly and tucked it under his wing and came to a halt in the middle of the lake, he was defeated and broken, he was scared and in pain, he wanted home, he wanted yoochun. Fairytales were not the fun, happy stories he loved to read, he wanted out, he wanted home.
