Summary: 'What is it su? What is it you're looking for baby?' Yoochun tried softly
'What's it su? What's it you're looking for baby?' Yoochun tried softly
'I threw it to the sea… it's no more… I want it back…must have it back…' Junsu sniffed a little into Yoochun's chest and Yoochun understood at once
'Come with me' he whispered softly standing up and walking to the water, Junsu blinked but went after him in the water too, they went in and in till the water was above Junsu's head and he had to hold back his breath and hold tightly on Yoochun's hand, he had closed his eyes so the saltiness of the water won't hurt his eyes
'Open your eyes baby' Yoochun whispered leading Junsu on, diving in such a high speed that made Junsu hold onto his arm with both hands afraid, he was running out of air and he felt about to suffocate
'Open your eyes and breath, you can do it baby, trust me' Yoochun whispered again now standing on something soft and hugging Junsu with both hands
Hesitating Junsu tried to relax and take in some air totally expecting water to come into his nose but to his total surprise he found he could breathe just as if he was on the land, taking in some deep breaths Junsu began to open his eyes slowly
Opening his eyes Junsu widened them at once in shock, he was standing on the sand in the ocean, the moon was barely reaching this deep, they…they were in the bottom of the ocean for sure. But looking around him everything looked so pretty, everything looked so new and amazingly familiar. The plants, the fishes and the five dolphins which were swimming fast toward him all made Junsu smile happily
'Like it here love?' Yoochun whispered and Junsu nodded at once happy touching and patting the dolphin he recognized as the one who brought him the fishes to eat all this time
'Pretty' Junsu whispered looking around
'Come with me' Yoochun whispered and waved his hand and at once a chariot of a giant seashell dragged by two huge seahorses*1 appeared rushing to them and stopped right beside them and Yoochun pulled Junsu onto the chariot and took the rein shaking it and the seahorses began to swim so fast
Soon they reached a very pretty spot where the water was so blue and it wasn't that deep, looking up the clear water and it was filled with dolphins, there were those baby dolphins too with their mothers swimming around them and Junsu feeling so happy got out of the chariot and began to swim all around while Yoochun watched him grinning happily
'Come here baby' smiled Yoochun finally and Junsu left the baby dolphin and rushed back to him
'Here it is' Yoochun opened his palm and there it was the golden metal ring glittering a little waiting for him to pick it up
Wide, watery eyes Junsu rushed to hold the ring and hug it tightly between his palms; Yoochun smiled hugging Junsu tightly and stroking his floating hair softly
'Thank you' whispered Junsu softly and Yoochun smiled kissing his floating hair and squeezing him a little affectingly
'Here, let me' Yoochun took the ring and looked around picking up a yarn like sea weed and holding it with the ring, closing his eyes he whispered something and opened his eyes again, the sea weed had turned into a braided yarn that Yoochun placed the ring it and tied it around Junsu's neck
'Now you won't lose it again' Yoochun whispered and Junsu nodded happily, his hand going up to play and twist the ring by an old habit and at once he felt calm, happy and safe, he felt like a piece of his mother was there with him right now
'We should get back now, its morning soon' Yoochun whispered and Junsu nodded his head heading to the chariot with Yoochun and again it moved so fast that Junsu had to hold tight not to get thrown off it
Soon the chariot stopped again and Yoochun smiled at Junsu:' go, your aunt is waiting for you but remember I'll always be there for you, you just need to call me baby'
Blushing pink Junsu nodded his head and rushed out of the water to the shore to see his aunt just opening her eyes, she had just woke up
'Su? Where were you?' she blinked
'I went to dive a little' he blushed
'Fully clothed? And since when did you wear a Chiton?' she blinked at him and Junsu blushed more biting his lower hip, looking at the beach and seeing the Himation he was wearing still there he gave it to his aunt
'The gods won't be able to see you as long as you wear it, keep it with you to stay safe'
'Thank you my boy' she smiled hugging Junsu a little
'Where will you go to?' whispered Junsu hugging her, he really didn't want to let go
'I'll go to the land where you were raised, to changmin shi's land to live there, I'll try to act as a mortal and live there normally, now that I lost my wings I can't return to the sirens, they won't accept it'
Junsu nodded his head:' I'll be back soon'
'I'll wait for you' she kissed his temple and hugged him again 'Take care my boy and call me when you need me'
Junsu nodded his head and watched as his aunt walked away looking back at him every few steps with tears in her eyes, he had tears in his eyes too but he wasn't going to allow them to fall down, he must be strong now to save his family
Waiting till Elpida vanished behind the trees Junsu sighed, looked up at the sky and began walking with the shore, he had to go to the next town to take a boat to meet the Pythia and he should try reach before it gets dark
Walking a few steps Junsu saw a big snake in front of him, Junsu stood still not moving, not wanting it to attack him but it didn't, it raised its upper half and motioned to him to follow it and began to creep straight forward
The snake, Junsu thought, was the sacred animal of Eunhyuk, the messenger of the gods and the god of the travel so he must of have sent it to him to help him find his way
'Thank you' Junsu whispered softly and walked after the snake, it began leading him off the trail and into the trees showing him a different trail that only few had used before, Junsu could tell because only few foot prints were there unlike the normal trail he just left
Walking and walking for the entire day Junsu reached the next town just as the sun sat behind the beach and entering it the snake still leading his way he took only a few steps into the town before he gasped in shock and horror, an axe just landed on the snake beheading it at once
'The snake is sacred to the gods too. We don't allow that in here' a soldier hissed and the shocked Junsu didn't know what to answer, but as the snake was beheaded Junsu felt something change in the sky, it grew darker suddenly
'Wh…what was that for?' Junsu tried
'We don't worship any god here but Shindong shi! The sun will set on Olympus itself soon! Death to the gods!' the soldier yelled and everyone around him yelled on cheering with death to the gods of Olympus while Junsu stood there frozen not knowing what to do
Suddenly before Junsu could think of anything a loud screams filled the area and everyone gathered in circle, Junsu wanted to leave but in the midst of the crowd he was pushed and dragged with everyone to the middle of the open spot in the market where a young lady was thrown onto the floor, she was wearing a light blue Peplos and was holding onto a small a baby owl in her hands wanting to protect her
'She was praying to the gods of Olympus!!' yelled someone throwing a stone on her hitting her tight in the head and making her bleed
Junsu was in trauma now, how could those men be so bad? How could they hit her like this just for praying to the gods?
Junsu tried to step forward, tried to protect her but he was unable to, the crowd around him was keeping him still
Junsu was about to open his mouth and shout when he heard Yoochun's voice in his head speaking to him
No su, those are bad people, just like the ones whom attacked the temple trying to kill you, we will deal with them you just stay still love
B…but…
She's Changmin's priest and he will protect her, he won't allow anything to harm her so just wait and watch
Pouting a little Junsu nodded, he waited to see what the gods will do to protect the ones who are loyal to them
As another stone was about to hit the priest the owl broke free from her owner and flew up high in the sky, as it did two soldier of gods appeared both in light blue Chitons and stood in front of the priest but of course only Junsu could see them
Junsu stood still watching, he was afraid now of what to happen, were they going to kill the mortals again?
They are bad baby, they dishonored Eunhyuk by killing his snake and now they are dishonoring all of us, they should be punished
But…
Close your eyes baby, close your eyes and cover your ears, you won't hear or see a thing and when it's over the soldiers will take you to safety
Junsu only nodded his head and closed his eyes; he covered his ears with his hands and suddenly the sound of the waves breaking against the rocks on the cliff just as when he was a baby began to play in his mind distracting him
A minute later Junsu felt something pick him up gently, he didn't open his eyes because he knew who it was but waited until he landed back on the soft grass before he opened his eyes, the soldiers were about to leave, one of them was still holding on the priest who seemed to had fainted
'Where…will you take her?' he whispered but they didn't answer, they bowed and left and instead Yoochun's voice answered in his head
They will take her to Changmin's temple in the nearest town where the other priests will take care of her and protect her
Oh, ok nodded Junsu happy that she will be alright but still he was frowning, why were those men so evil? Why do they hate the gods so much?
It's Shindong's work baby, they only warship him now, they want to fight against us
But why?
For no reason, they are just announced a rebellion against us and we can't allow this, bad men should be punished right?
Junsu frowned but nodded his head softly, bad men should be punished
