Changmin took a deep breath and tried to explain:' bummie… I…'
Kibum shook his head and with his palms he covered his ears, not wanting to listen, wanting everything to be just a dream. This can't happen!!
Changmin felt like the world's biggest asshole now, he couldn't stand looking at kibum like this, the boy was now squatting down and closing his eyes, still covering his ears with his hands
Walking to the boy and kneeling down in front of him changmin reached his hands and softly held on kibum's and pulled them off his ears, then he reached up and placed his hand under kibum's chin pulling it up a little making him look at him and in those not-so-sparkling-now eyes seeing the fear in them
Reaching out changmin hugged kibum to his chest and held him tightly; he could feel kibum stiffen at the touch but didn't stop. He had to clear this up
'Bummie… listen to me baby, let me explain' changmin whispered and this time kibum didn't cover his ears, he listened to him
'I love you bummie… I love you more than anything else in this world, I had always loved you baby. You're so sweet and pure, you're the best thing that ever happened to me baby, my sweetest fantasy'
'N… no… can't…we're… we…' kibum shook in changmin's arms as he tried to pull away
'Why baby?' changmin refused to let go, telling kibum how he felt took all his will power, he couldn't just let go like this now, he needed to make the boy understand
'I…' kibum shivered ' we… both… we're…'
'Males?' changmin finished for him and felt kibum nod his head against his chest
Kibum wasn't going to admit it, he couldn't admit it, he was feeling so warm inside when changmin said he loves him. Over the years thinking of changmin married to some girl from the village seemed so wrong, since changmin told him he loves him a few minutes ago all he could imagine is himself married to changmin. It felt so right, so good and yet it was so wrong
'But baby there's nothing wrong of two men being together. Look at yunho hyung and jaejoong hyung, they're in love together and it's normal, why can't we?'
This news obviously was a great shock to kibum. He looked up at changmin with wide, tearful eyes and just stared blankly
'Jaejoong hyung… and…and…'
'And yunho hyung baby, yes'
'I… I didn't… I didn't know… I…' kibum looked lost
'Well, now you know love, does this mean you'll accept my feeling?' changmin sounded hopeful
'B…but… but we're cousins… we can't…'
'Rubbish! If anyone said anything I'll show them how to mind their own business… besides, it's not like you got a lot of choice… I own you baby, you're owned by me… you belong to me' changmin stated that simple and clear
'But…' kibum frowned, something inside of him was begging him to stop protesting, to shut up and accept changmin already, to allow the man to love him and protect him. But, his mind, his idiot persisting mind forced him to doubt it still
'But even if I agree… we can't…I daddy and mommy wouldn't have allowed me to… err…'
'I think your parents would've wanted you to be happy baby and you'll be very happy with me, because you belong with me love, right?'
Kibum didn't answer this; the little annoying part of his mind which kept forcing him to talk had no comeback to this so he went quiet and relaxed in changmin's arms
Feeling kibum relax in his arms changmin smiled, he pulled away a little and looked at kibum in the eyes, smiled and lent in kissing him softly. Baby steps, he decided, he'll take the relation baby steps. At least, he owned the boy now, and he knew about it

Yoochun sighed and looked at yunho:' read to me what we know so far'
'First, kibum's mother seems to be the daughter of the miller who got married and went out of the village
Second, she knew her sister and her baby survived and searched for them and as it looked she found them
Third, kibum's parents knew about a secret in the forest
Forth, I have an uncle whom I never knew about
Sixth, dad thinks someone helped kill mom
Seventh, dad feared that half brother, he said he was back to get him and that he's poisoning him
Eighth, the killer has a reason not to kill kibum, something personal
Ninth, dad only trusted jaejoong's father
Tenth…err, there's no tenth' yunho frowned
'A refill for your tea?' jaejoong walked to them smiling softly
'Thank you baby, you're a doll' yunho smiled kissing jaejoong's palm and jaejoong smiled at him as he refilled his tea
Yoochun eyed jaejoong and frowned:' tell me, when was this inn built?'
'Father worked here and Grandfather worked here and his father worked here too… he was the one who built it, I think. Why?'
Yoochun frowned and read the last two lines on the scroll for them both to hear
He read:
And so now I know I'm close to my end, my poisoned body is barely writing down those words on this old paper as it is… the papers that proves everything will be left hidden, in a place I know best, in a place I trusted best… the looker will be able to find them if they knew me well. He won't however, he'll search everywhere in this ranch to get those papers. He's ready to kill for them, I'm sure. But, he shall never find them
Yoochun eyed the two
'What's that supposed to mean?' jaejoong blinked
'A place he trusted most… The ranch?' yunho frowned
'What's going on!!?' jaejoong stomping his feet on the ground, wanting, no demanding to know already
'Dad seems to have left some papers which will lead us to the killer, no one knows where he hid them though' yunho frowned explaining to his lover
'Oh' jaejoong frowned and stood still
Yoochun eyed the man, he looked around
'A place your father trusted most would be… where there's the people he trusted most… which would mean…'
Yoochun looked around again and so did yunho, this couldn't be, could it?
'Do you have a hammer?' yoochun smirked
Jaejoong blinked:' why? You're tired of cutting people that you want to smash them now?'
'Actually no, I'm smashing something else already' yoochun smirked, it's time for payback! He thought
'I've got one in the storage… I'll get it for you…' he was about to leave when they heard it, a yell from the outside and they all froze. Looking at each other both yoochun and yunho held their guns at the ready and stood up walking to the door which flew open at once as a mid aged man walked in panting, horror filling his eyes
'A…a new man was found dead…he's the… he's in…' he panted, trying to explain
'Just show me the way' yoochun hissed ' yunho, you guard the place!'
'What happened?' changmin rushed downstairs with a blushing kibum holding his hand
'Come with me!' yoochun hissed and changmin walked after him, not understanding a thing
The second they walked out yunho barricaded the inn and looked around:' we'll stay here, together, until they come back' yunho spoke softly and pulled the two to sit in front of the fire waiting, his gun still in his hand
'Yunie… I'm scared' jaejoong whispered softly, yunho pulled him to sit on his lap at once and hugged his waist, he lent in and placed a soft kiss on his lips ' it's going to be alright, you'll see baby'
Kibum eyed the two, they were together for sure… how didn't he notice this before?
