When yunho finally walked out of the bedroom dragging a blushing jaejoong who was still struggling to straighten his cloth out they found no one there but changmin and kibum. Changmin had kibum slammed against a wall and was kissing him like his life depended on it
Seeing it utterly unfair that the pair could kiss while he couldn't, simply because jaejoong was too shy to allow him to have his way around when they weren't alone, cleared his throat earning a frown and a hit on the shoulder from jaejoong
Changmin ignored the first cough, the second was louder but he still managed to ignore, the third once however didn't seem to come from the same annoying man, it was someone else who spoke in a stern voice
'Can we go already?'
It was yoochun, changmin could tell. If the four of them were ready now, he should let go of kibum and join them, they should go to the academy already and investigate everything. The world's destiny was depending on them. Yet, somehow he wasn't able to let go of kibum's lips, once you begin kissing him you couldn't stop sort of thing, and he couldn't resist it
When changmin finally managed to pull away from the boy he groaned at the four of them and looked back at kibum, he was a few inches lower now, his lips parted, swollen and red, his chest raising and falling rapidly as he breathed so fast, he was looking at changmin with dreamy look while red tainted his cheeks
He liked to see him like this, changmin decided. He liked to see him in this state. He liked to know he was the one who drove him to this state only by kissing him, it made him feel so powerful and good. It was like he was the god in kibum's world. He was his everything.
'Can we go now, please?' yoochun repeated
'What, you all finished and now you're all nagging me?' changmin hissed at them. Both junsu and jaejoong blushed red at once, looking down, not daring to look at each other, or anyone, actually. Yunho and yoochun exchanged brief eye contact and looked back at changmin
'Fine' changmin rolled his eyes ' let's go'
Leading everyone out of the secured house changmin rode his horse, kibum tight in front of him, he made sure to circle his waist with his hands because he knew how clumsy his boy was and how quickly, and how many times, he fell of a horse's saddle because he wasn't holding tight, besides, it was a chance to hug, he wasn't going to miss it… for kibum's sake, of course.
The two couples were left with two horses that changmin rented, a horse for each couple. Soon, they were ready and on their way
The trip didn't take long, basically because their horses were able to cross the mountain with one jump and dash on top of lakes without sinking, which was amazing for the four gods. They reached the academy soon enough and there they stood still, amazed by its looks and size
'It feels like harry potter' junsu mumbled under his breath
Jaejoong nodded, swallowing back a breath, there were guards on the gates of the castle/ academy and he was almost sure they won't let them pass
The two guards looked at changmin and bowed their heard:' we got orders to let you in sir. But we didn't get orders to let everyone in…' he pointed at the rest ' especially a slave, sir'
Kibum tensed up, he was about to slide down the saddle and tell changmin that he'll wait for him here, but he felt changmin's hold tighten around his waist. He looked up at him and saw the series look in his eyes, and he didn't dare move
'Are you disobeying me, soldier?' changmin hissed in a tone that clearly shouted say-yes-and-I- will-have-your-head-right-now and the poor man shivered from head to toe, he didn't even dare move, he just backed away and opened the gate for them to enter
'Lowlife' changmin hissed as they entered, he hated those jerks that would shiver from one look and do as he wanted, he never trusted them
As the three horses entered the gates they looked around, it was one circled building, very old looking, with a garden in the middle, a circled one of course
'This way' changmin got off his horse and helped changmin off, just as yoochun helped junsu and just as yunho helped jaejoong. They left the horses in the garden and walked to the entrance door, a young man was standing there waiting for him
'Who's he?' kibum asked softly as it was his first time in here as well
'The first warlock' he whispered and turned to the blinking four and explained ' like the headmaster or something'
'But he's too young' jaejoong pouted
'He's five hundred and sixty something years old…I think' changmin frowned, he couldn't remember the specific age of the man, but it should be something around this
Yoochun's, yunho's and jaejoong's jaws fell open. Junsu was already aware that wizards looked younger than they were, he knew how old kibum was and still he looked younger than him, so it wasn't a shock for him.
'His highness was kind enough to inform me that you're coming, sir. I hope you'll manage to solve this for us' the man smiled, bowing his head a little to changmin
'We'll look around the place, no one is to follow or bother us' changmin spoke, ordering around. This was impressive for both couples, as they never knew changmin held so much power and authority before, he was just a weird man in their world, but here he's like royal or something and everyone was scared of him, they rushed to obey him no matter what
'Of course, but if I may ask…' the man began
'You're not. His highness knows and agrees, it's not for you to ask his highness's decision no matter how old you are. Am I wrong?'
'No, of course not, I'm terribly sorry' the man bowed at them as well. Clearly, being with changmin meant they got to be treated like royals too, which was still a little confusing to them
The man bowed and left, before he got far away changmin called him back:' Donghae shi, I will want to see the students who lost their magic soon, keep them in your office'
'Of course' the man smiled, bowed and left them alone
'Alright, this building got three hundred floors, each floor got about a hundred chambers which means thousands of rooms to search for clues. If you want to finish before the next millennium you must help out, try to feel any sort of disturbance around you so we could have some clues as where to go' changmin looked at them
'You must be kidding me' yunho hissed
'This is insane' yoochun spat
'Well?' changmin cracked an eyebrow at them, he was still looking bossy and demanding, yoochun just wanted to hit him. He didn't like when anyone looked so bossy and tried to boss him around, it felt like he's the only one who's allowed to boss people around. He does it at work; he does it in his daily life. It was only natural
Feeling like this yoochun felt something boil inside of him; he could feel the need to strangle changmin once again for doing things without telling him first, without consulting him first
'This way' jaejoong's voice sounded soft, gentle and almost as a whisper and it made everyone turn to look at him
'Knew it' changmin smirked
'Knew what?' junsu asked innocently, the innocent look on junsu's eyes made all anger shatter around yoochun, his heart was filled with nothing but pure love and lust for his lover, and without noticing it something was changing, and that they couldn't see it didn't mean it didn't happen
'The god of the north will always be there to help and guide the gods' kibum whispered softly as if afraid to be wrong, but changmin only looked at him and nodded his head a little, smiling at him
'Just as bummie said, I read it to you all in the prophecy, didn't I? The god of the north will always be there to help the other gods and point them to the right direction' changmin smiled
'But how did he use his powers? He doesn't know how to activate them' yunho frowned
'Those aren't an active powers, the god of the north just like the god of the east don't have much of an active powers, most of their powers are inactive, but not any less important, of course' changmin smiled at the two men
'Okay then, lets walk and get this over with' yunho sighed and began walking into the direction jaejoong pointed at, they opened the door and entered a chamber it was like a classroom with its blackboard and desks, everything a classroom needs with some extras like skeletons of dragons or god knows what hanged from the ceiling, it had three doors in its other side. Changmin frowned:' I know this room, come on' he sighed and led them through the door to the right
'Why this door?' yunho asked
'The other two leads to black holes' changmin hissed and they walked through the door to find themselves in another chamber, almost like the one they entered seconds ago…
