[Lavi shifted a bit when he felt arms wrap around him, unconsciously burying his nose into the vampire's hair. He opened his eye when Allen called out his name, even if it was just a whisper. The fallen angel nosed the top of Allen's head]

What's wrong?

[He made a soft noise at the nosing, trying to shift closer to the redhead. It also helped him relax a lot more, it was his Lavi that he was dealing with. The vampire had made a lot of progress in the last few days in getting back to his normal self, but there was still something big that he had to talk about.]

[The redhead wrapped an arm around Allen in return as he shifted a closer. He was glad to know that the vampire was getting better, but when he said those words, Lavi couldn't help but frown a bit.]

What is it?

[Allen could have tilted his head back to look up at Lavi, but why do that when he could hear everything?

He stayed quiet for a few moments and then:] Remember that day that I didn't come back to the cabin? [Before he disappeared for a week or two.]

[Lavi grows quiet at that before nodding. Might feel his arm tighten briefly and then relaxing]

[He stays quiet a few moments longer after that, trying to decide how best to just say it.]

I... I woke up and found myself in bed with Kanda. [And while this isn't bad, there's more.] W-we were both naked and he was dizzy from blood loss.

[Ju-just trying to hold onto him but if Lavi pulls away he'll let him.] I don't know how it happened, honestly I don't. That Kanda doesn't even like me or my kind. But I don't love him, I love you. Please don't leave me...

[The fallen angel keeps quiet, his mind digesting what Allen just told him. He won't be lying if he said he was angry, but Lavi knew what he was getting himself into when he and Allen became lovers.

Besides, he loves the vampire too damn much. Places a reassuring kiss on top of his head.]

Is that why you've been gone for weeks?

[He hears that anger rolling around but he's so confused by the acceptance, so easily given with that kiss. Allen lifts his head up and looks at Lavi.]

[Lavi frowns a bit, giving Allen a look of confusion]

What else caused ya ta leave?

[The vampire pulls on extremely worried look.]

A-a friend of mine was turned by my brother.

Is he ok? [Pulls himself up so that he's sitting against the headboard and pulls Allen up a bit so that the vampire's against his chest]

[Trying to huddle closer as he nods.]

I just... I didn't want that for him.

[Just noses him reassuringly before pulling back a bit]

Allen...can I ask ya something?

[Makes a soft noise as he tilts his head back again to look up at him.]

Did I have anything ta do with ya leaving too? [He's not looking at Allen, staring over at the wall to the side.]

[Allen pauses, lowering his head once again to tuck it under Lavi's. He doesn't want to talk about this but at the same time he knows they need to.]
