We had our last Marine unit arrive at the end of August
I decided to go all out seeing as this was the last time we were to train Marines as Iraqi roleplayers
I set a few IED's on the road, did one car bombing, two sniper attacks, and of course a drive by shooting with AK-47's.
I ended up getting killed once, and was arrested twice.
The last unit is ( Read more... )

They had Jack dolls, and really cool hoodies from the movie too. I have a feeling though that was just the tip of the iceberg :)

Hehe, I have flip flops that have Jack heads on them that I'm wearing right now...I wear them everyday. And I have the hair chopsticks with his head on them too. But my mom has an awesome zip up hoodie that I love and try to steal from her all the time. But yeah...the Bat En Rouge? store...it's like Baton Rouge but spelt weird. Anyways, that store is awesome with all the Nightmare stuff.

I'm jealous you got to go to Disneyland. I've never been there. Just have been to Disney World (which is much larger) a million times...hehe.

But, btw, it's not the "Disney palace," it's Sleeping Beauty's castle.

Well Disney World is where I'm going next. The fact that the park is bigger intrigues me, but I have a feeling I will love each park equally.

Oh and my bad on getting the name of the castle wrong. Heh I'm no frickin expert on the place... yet. *small smile*

I'm glad you got to go to Disneyland. I freaking love it there (go figure, my icon kind of hints that), and it's the 50th anniversary and all that. The fireworks are so awesome this year. Sleeping Beauty's castle is so beautiful when it's all lite up, and then the part about Pirates of the Caribbean is so cool.

And I have to agree that Indiana Jones is probably the best ride there. I feel bad saying it, since I love all the rides, but if I had to choose it's probably that one.

Did you get to see the Fantasmic show? Or the parade?

The fireworks show gave me goosebumps(the good kind). The Indiana Jones and Star Wars themes playing while fireworks are exploding in the sky is a very good idea.

They had some actress flying around like Tinkerbell and it always looked like she might smack up against the palace or get hit by the fireworks(I was worried about her!).

I did see Peter Pan and Captain Hook dueling it out on the water on the pirate ship added with the dragon from Sleeping Beauty.

The parade was nice 2. Got there kinda late though so I just saw Adult simba singing to the crowd.

Wonderful experience. I felt like an 8 yr old kid again :)

Ah, I love Fantasmic. I have the soundtrack for Disneyland and I listen to that all the time. When the canon goes off and the light shines on the pirate ship...my heart freaks out, I love it so much.

I always wanted to be that Tinkerbell when I was little. I still do, but I want to be Aurora more. But I was so excited they brought that back.
