There was a storm in Louisville last Wednesday. The wind whipped up quickly and took down old trees and power lines across town. It flooded areas and left debris everywhere. OMG! That's bizarre that you are responsible for all that. Here, you are responsible only for the power once you get it into the house. Everything outside the house is basically the power companies. Good luck. Poor Rodburn.
