My Sunday was spent making bread and more marmalade. The bread is a simple batter bread - sweet with unsalted butter and light and tender. Last week, I made tangelo marmalade. I'd love to see your marmalade recipe. I actually just made pickled carrot sticks (I had them at a restaurant with a meal and wanted to try it) and it was very easy. I'm wondering what else I could pickle? lol I have some cabbage left over from a recipe.. I wonder if I can make a kind of slaw? hrm..
If you bleach the cloth, won't it eat through it? Every time I've ever gotten bleach on something eventually it develops a hole where the faded spot was. So now I'm terrified of bleach on anything cotton.

The husband and I don't really do many holidays. We end up at Waffle House most Thanksgivings and Christmases. We don't celebrate Valentine's Day at all, but I don't see why that shouldn't be a Waffle House day as well.
