Broke as a joke this week - the paycheck I use to pay my mortgage always makes for a rough couple of weeks. We’d planned to spend Memorial Day up in Illinois at this big party but decided to postpone it for another year. In retrospect, I’m really glad. I had a vacation day scheduled for tomorrow so we could leave town earlier for the long trip
