1. Do I have to credit what you share on this community?

I would appreciate credit for everything you take and use but crediting isn't forced in this community. However, when people credit and comment it encourages me to make more graphics/layouts for you guys to use. It's almost like a cheesy e-form of giving thanks. Also, when you credit other people can see a link back to bloomeria and get their own graphics/layouts. So with that said,

LJ layouts can be credited in your info or layout, if you choose to.
If you alter the layout completely, but still keep my graphics/header on them, credit still goes to bloomeria for the graphics.
If you just change the header and/or colors, layout credit should still remain on your layout/info.
If you alter the layout completely and looks nothing like the original layout, you don't have to credit at all, unless of course you want to.
Every Myspace layout should be linked back to bloomeria. It can be a subtle link, just make sure you have one on there.
All icons are to be credited to bloomeria, byebyeplane or both in your keywords.
other graphics (like banners) don't have to be credited.

Stealing is serious business: to take my graphics/layouts and redistribute them as your own, say you made our layouts/graphics, modify my graphics, and/or sell my layouts/graphics is wrong. If I'm not profiting off my free layouts/graphics then neither should you. This mainly applies to graphics I've made completely myself (by using photographs I took or brushes I made mysef, which will be specified in my posts). Stealing icons/banners that were cropped out of gettyimages and added some text to isn't that serious, just lame.

2. How much can I edit, if any?
If you edit anything (colors, links, time stamps, headers -you may use another, but not alter!-, backgrounds, etc.), read FAQ#1 so you know how to credit. You can edit the whole layout and even use it as a template - I'd appreciate even a link back if anything. You may not edit the banners/headers/icons at all. Do not use any of these as bases unless I've stated that they can be used as bases.

3. Why does my layout look wonky?
If it's an S1 layout, it's probably because you don't have a website listed in your info. Look out for tutorials coming soon that will explain more thoroughly. Also keep in mind that all my layouts are used and are fitted to FireFox. If you're using IE, it's time for an update! download firefox here

4. Can I become a maker?
I'll probably be looking for more makers in the future. So practice for now!

5. How do I join?
By clicking here.

6. Can my layout/graphics community be affiliates with yours?
Sure, just comment below for now until I set up an affiliates entry.

7. Can you help me fix my layout?
If it's a minor problem or a specific problem from one of our layouts, most likely. Don't tinker too much with the layouts if you don't know what you're doing because things can get messy. You can always go to overridehelp or everything_lj for help.

8. Can I see an example of your layouts?
Sure, just take a look at my personal journal.

9. Can I use these layouts on another site like GJ?
Yes, as long as you link back to bloomeria. You must credit. No exceptions.

10. Why can't I see any of the layouts/graphics?
Because you haven't joined!

11. Do you take personal requests?
Sure, if you're willing to pay. If interested, contact me. Price varies on what you want. Specify what you're interested in, whether it be a layout or an icon and the sort.

12. I'm an LJ n00b, can you log on to my personal journal and put the codes in for me?
Sure, but it'll cost you! How much? $1 via paypal.

13. Can I share your layouts/graphics?
No, but you can link them to the layout/graphic post off this community. They must join to see them, of course.

14. My header/banner/graphics aren't showing up, what am I doing wrong?
What you're doing wrong is not hosting your own images. Most of our images are hosted off Tinypic and doesn't take up our bandwidth, but to be on the safe side and make sure they don't appear as red x's, try hosting them yourself on somewhere like Photobucket.
