I made eggplant parmesan for the first time ever tonight thanks to my wonderful sister.. and it was damn good! yeah!
I'm proud of myself. I've been getting a lot better at cooking the past couple of years.. every time there are less accidents. haha. I've set a towel on fire.. burned myself many many times.. but this time.. virtually accident
