Woow great that you haven't cheated on your diet!! I've started about a week ago with my diet, but on monday I just couldn't resist the chocolate and yesterday I couldn't resist the cheese (I'm a Dutch girl and I looove cheese). But I started again today, hope I won't cheat again!! Good luck with your diet. And stop stressing you're totally right about that woman!! And if you want to relax and don't wanna eat, why don't you go to the gym or take a walk, take a nap, read a book, tell your BF that you want a massage...
